Navarre Beach, FL · Quiet West End · Soundside
Two waters at your doorstep — a private Sound beach out back, the emerald Gulf a short stroll away. Five bedrooms, a golf cart in the drive, and "Florida's Most Relaxing Place" all around you.
The Welcome
Driftwood Cottage sits on the calm, family-friendly west end of Navarre Beach, just off a low-traffic road that's made for morning bike rides. Step through the private gate out back and you're on the sugar-white sand of the Santa Rosa Sound; walk five minutes the other way and the emerald Gulf opens up in front of you.
Inside, an open great room flows into a chef's kitchen with an island and a Nespresso machine, while wraparound balconies wrapped in Tommy Bahama seating catch the breeze for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. You can see water from nearly every room. With space for thirteen, it's built for the whole crew — without anyone being on top of anyone else.
The House
High ceilings, large windows, and Smart TVs in every room. Cook in the well-stocked kitchen, fire up the gas grill and flat-top griddle, then drift between the great room and three levels of balconies.

Outdoor Living & The Water
Three stories of porches, a beachy downstairs bar, a fire pit on the water, and a private gate to the Sound. This is where the vacation actually happens.

The Bedrooms
Two kings, a queen, and two bunk rooms for the kids — every room with its own Smart TV.

The Setting
Navarre Beach is a barrier island — a thin ribbon of sand between the calm Santa Rosa Sound and the open Gulf of Mexico. Most homes give you one or the other. Driftwood Cottage gives you both.
Out the back gate, the Sound is shallow, glassy, and warm — ideal for little kids, paddling the kayaks, and watching the sun melt into the water. A five-minute walk over the dune line, the Gulf delivers the famous emerald water and squeaky sugar-white sand. You choose your beach by mood.

Navarre Beach, Florida
Tucked between Pensacola Beach and Destin along the Emerald Coast, Navarre is the Panhandle's quiet secret: emerald-green water, sugar-white quartz sand, and the protected wilds of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Uncrowded, unhurried, unspoiled.
Things To Do

The Navarre Beach Fishing Pier stretches far into the Gulf — a top spot for fishing, sweeping coastline views, sunrise and sunset photos, and watching dolphins surf the waves below.

An artificial reef of dozens of structures just offshore, home to 85+ species of fish, sea turtles, and stingrays in clear, shallow water — easy snorkeling and diving for every skill level.

Grab the house kayaks and launch into the calm, glassy Sound to spot bottlenose dolphins. After dark, book a Glow Paddle tour in LED-lit kayaks for something the kids will never forget.

The Sea Turtle Conservation Center and Marine Science Station offer hands-on exhibits about the island's nesting sea turtles and Gulf ecosystem — a great rainy-hour or low-tide afternoon.

Protected, undeveloped dunes and beach stretch for miles — plus a paved 3.6-mile path perfect for biking, jogging, or a sunset stroll with no crowds and no chain anything.

Pull up to Juana's Pagoda & Sailor's Grill, TC's Front Porch, or grab a sunset cocktail by the pier. Snap a family photo at Andy D's murals and fuel up at Deb's Coffee on the way in.
